To order sublimated products from us, you need to follow these steps:
- For your customize orders, click on get a quote select product category. Write details of the customization, colors, quantity, logo placements etc.
- Upload your design or logo. You can also choose from our pre-made templates or request a custom design from our team.
- Review your order and make any changes if needed. You can also add any special instructions or requests.
- Your order will be proceeded for printing upon your approval provided for the mockups.
- Once we got your approval to proceed for production then no changes can be made after that.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.

The production time depends on the quantity and complexity of your order, but it usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped, and you can expect to receive it within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized orders are products that are made to order according to your specifications, such as size, color, design, or personalization. These products are unique and cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for customized orders, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a customized order that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the issue.
